Basic Operation:
- Power On/Off: Press the power button 5 times quickly (within 2 seconds).
- Adjust Temperature: With the device on, press the button 3 times to enter temp mode. Single-click to increase by 1°F; press and hold to increase rapidly.
- Adjust Session Time: With the device on, press the button 4 times to enter time adjustment mode. Single-click to increase in 5-second increments.
- Start Session: Press the button 2 times to begin preheating. The device will vibrate and then vibrate again after 10 seconds to indicate that it has reached temperature and is ready to use. To stop a session at any time, simply press the button 2 times again.
